This was excellent video Stefan. Well executed and easy to follow. You might also think about adding a list of bare minimum equipments needed to exercise at home. For example, I feel that having a good mat helps my knees when I do exercises on the floor. I see that weights are also used frequently, so you can recommend which ones we can go for… Keep up the great work!
