You see, when I grew up I was always fat and chubby.
I always got picked last for the sports teams and had trouble moving around when I did get to play.
I tell you, it wasn’t fun…
I got bullied and it made me shy.
I wanted to change my life around and decided to tackle my shyness, and lose weight. I bought my first gym membership that day!
I quit everything that I thought was unhealthy. I stopped smoking, drinking and partying, but after a year of running on the treadmill, slaving away on the rowing machine, logging miles and miles on the elliptical, and eating nothing but salad I still didn't look very healthy.
I lost some weight, but still looked chubby and soft…
Even though I worked out hard, and was eating healthy food, all I had achieved after a whole year of sweating and furiously exercising was becoming a smaller version of my chubby, fat self.
Then one day, a bodybuilder at the gym started talking to me.
He must have felt sorry for me, seeing me do all this work and not looking any better after a whole year…
We started talking, and he started to give me advice on how to really train and eat if I wanted to look and feel better.
I kept asking him questions, and it was my very good fortune that this happened on a Sunday afternoon and he didn't have anything better to do.

Remember, while I will have a roadmap of fat loss laid out for you to follow, you still have to push the gas pedal yourself.
Therefore, I have a few strict (but reasonable) criteria for the people I work with:
- 1) You have to be willing to put in some hard work in the gym If you’re not willing to put in some hard and consistent work, this is not for you. My ‘secret plan’ for you is to become my next walking billboard, with your before/after pictures right here on this website...only if you give me permission, of course 😛 But if you don’t put in the work, and thus don’t get the results, all that won’t happen and both your and my time will be wasted.
- 2) You have to be able to workout with me 3 days a week! I understand that you are busy with work, your social life and other things, but for me to be able to help you lose fat, 3 days with me and 1 workout on your own in a week is the minimum. Any less than that and you simply won’t be able to stimulate any real fat loss. I also expect you to come to your scheduled training sessions every time. If you miss, it’s your responsibility and your loss, not mine. Again, I want you to get results, and I need you to workout with me a minimum of 3 days a week to be able to do that. If you can’t, you won’t get any real results and this is simply not for you.
- 3) You have to be a positive and motivated person (no whining) No need to be the coolest kid on the block, but if you always complain, are negative and ruin the atmosphere, I can’t accept you in my program. Motivation is a big part of why my program has worked so well, and it doesn't work you aren't motivated and positive about your new fitness and health decisions.
That’s it, those are my criteria!
